“Legal and Social Foundations of Mediation Practice in the Republic of Kazakhstan”
Mukhtar Mukhanovich Adayev, Director of the Parasat Association of Mediators and Lawyers and a mediation trainer, delivered the course “Legal and Social Foundations of Mediation Practice in the Republic of Kazakhstan” as a guest practitioner lecturer at the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages from January 13 to April 20, 2026.
The course was offered to third-year students and focused on the legal framework and practical aspects of mediation in Kazakhstan. Students who successfully completed the program received a “Fundamentals of Mediation” certificate issued by the Parasat Association of Mediators and Lawyers.
