Training of Conciliation Commission Members of ALSERA KZ, the Largest Greenhouse Enterprise in South Kazakhstan Region
On April 14, 2026, a training session was conducted for members of the Conciliation Commission of the ALSERA KZ greenhouse complex (Shymkent, South Kazakhstan Region) by Gulmaydan Amanzholovna Urozbayeva, Director of the Parassat Center for Mediation and Law and a certified trainer for Conciliation Commission members.
During the training, participants reinforced the procedures for preparing and conducting Conciliation Commission meetings, practiced handling cases that may be considered by the Commission, and emphasized the importance of applying mediation techniques during negotiations with applicants and their representatives.
